We celebrated our first Easter Holiday at Bonnet Creek with a special Brunch and the Inaugural Spring Festival for guests of the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
Brunch was held in Harvest Bistro at the Hilton and featured a wide variety of menu options. Diners enjoyed a feast of delights with fresh salads, signature entrees including Leg of Lamb, Pork Medallions, Seafood Pot Pie, and Cassoulet of Chicken, pasta and omelets stations, waffles made to order, and specialty Kid’s Fare. As if that weren’t enough, a display of tempting holiday desserts offered a sweet ending to a savory meal. Parents enjoyed a great family value with the Kids Eat Free promotion (Valid seven days a week at breakfast and dinner for two complimentary children’s meals for those 12 and under with each paid adult entrée).
Over 300 guests came out to the Bonnet Creek Lawns to enjoy the festive games and meet the Easter Bunny himself. There were two extravagant egg hunts which in total represented over 5,000 eggs stuffed with candy and toys – it only took the kids 10 minutes to pick them all up!
Plenty of popcorn, peeps, and cotton candy kept the little ones energized to have fun in the 2 bounce houses. While not in the bounce houses, children enjoyed Easter themed arts and crafts as well as face painting and meeting the Easter Bunny.
